The Goal
Drive awareness and community engagement for Blaze Credit Union with an impactful, annual women’s event that empowers attendees, builds community ties, and establishes a lasting legacy. Perhaps most of all, inspire and uplift bold, successful women.
Our Solution
We curated and executed a multi-faceted experience at Allianz Field, featuring a fashion show, a Dress for Success donation drive, and influential keynote speakers. To enhance engagement, Blaze employees were showcased as models. The event balanced entertainment with purpose, creating an inspiring atmosphere that celebrated personal and professional growth.
The Results
The event sold out, doubling previous years’ attendance. A post-event survey showed 99% of attendees found the event inspiring, and 95% expressed interest in returning. The Dress for Success initiative led to the donation of three full racks of professional clothing.
